This home was a tiny little place sitting on a large plot of land with a lot of potential. The sellers put minimal money into upgrading the space, figuring that the buyer would most likely remodel the kitchen and bathrooms themselves. They chose to not refinish the floors, even though they were in pretty bad shape. This is when staging is even more beneficial to sellers. When this house was empty, all buyers could see was the less than desirable floors, but once we staged and styled this cute bungalow home, we brought some charm into the home and got it sold quickly to a very happy couple.
