This home was a partial staging – all together this home had 4 bedrooms and a studio in their garage. This home had a unique location – nestled in the sweet neighborhood of Sun Valley in San Rafael, very close to the Sun Valley Market, giving it a bit of a downtown vibe in the heart of a suburb. We really wanted to cozy up the garage rooms – adding natural woven rugs, and elements of warm wood, leather, and some greenery to warm it up. The primary bedroom is a good example of how we like to design bedrooms. Lots of layered neutral, light colors and textures, creating a relaxed, sophisticated space that appeals to buyers today.
